Nature of work
- Work with commercial facilities in Vilnius;
- Organization, control and administration of cleaning work;
- Communication with clients on service quality issues, prompt identification of their needs;
- Training, control, assessment, provision of cleaning workers with the necessary tools for work;
- Drawing up work schedules, filling out work time sheets;
- Work with a team of 40-50 people.
Due to the specifics of the work of the facilities, an evening work schedule is planned.
Employee requirements
- Communication skills and the ability to independently solve problems, manage stressful and conflict situations;
- Time planning and prioritization skills;
- Computer skills;
- Driver's license;
Similar work experience would be an advantage.
