Nature of work
- Control and ensure compliance of product quality with specifications and customer requirements;
- Support, development and maintenance of the implemented IFS Food food safety and quality standard;
- Maintenance, preparation, updating of documentation;
- Maintenance of production records; Such as: Checking the mass (weight) of bars at set intervals and recording deviations. Control technological parameters: temperature (e.g. chocolate coating), humidity level, cutting accuracy.
- Assessment, approval and supervision of raw materials, packaging materials and their suppliers and / or manufacturers;
- Control of compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements during production;
- Ensuring compliance of the company's activities with other standards implemented in the company (Kosher, Halal, Rainforest Alliance);
- Assessment of product labeling compliance.
Objective:
Operatively carry out control of the production process, raw materials and final products, ensuring that only high-quality and safe bars enter the warehouse
