Quality controller (s)

We are a rapidly growing Lithuanian manufacturing company that produces nicotine and caffeine pads for international markets. Our production is constantly expanding: new lines are being launched, modern equipment is being installed, new jobs and career opportunities are emerging. We are looking for a meticulous and responsible quality controller who will ensure that only impeccable quality products come out of our production lines.

Perform incoming control of raw materials and fill out relevant reports;
Perform final audit of packaged product;
Constantly monitor all production lines: hygiene compliance, quality of pads, boxes, packaging and labeling;
Record production defects, non-conformities and equipment failures that may affect quality, and document them in accordance with the established procedure;
Control whether problems are eliminated and/or corrective actions are implemented;
Inform responsible persons in case of significant quality or safety violations;
Provide suggestions on how to improve processes and quality control.

Work schedule: shift: long/short week. From 6:30 to 18:30

Production premises Ukmergės g. 364, Vilnius (Vilnius Business Park).

Work experience in the field of quality control (in a manufacturing company - an advantage);
Knowledge of the basics of quality control methods, non-conformity management and quality management systems;
Analytical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions;
Diligence, objectivity and responsibility;
Good communication and conflict management skills;
Ability to manage documentation and prepare reports.
