UAB Baldlitas - an international furniture component manufacturing company - invites quality controllers to join its team, who will be responsible for ensuring product quality and continuous process improvement.
Primary responsibilities
Quality control of raw materials, production process and final product is carried out.
Recording, analysis of non-conformities and initiation of preventive actions.
Working with technical documentation and quality standards.
Cooperation with production managers and operators to ensure a stable and efficient quality process.
Monitoring processes and making suggestions on how to improve quality indicators.

Employee requirements
Experience in quality control or production would be a great advantage.
Ability to work independently and make decisions.

Strong mathematical skills;
Computer literacy (MS Office programs, especially Excel);
