In this position you will have:
- Ensure both final and intermediate quality control of products.
- Photograph final products for quality documentation purposes.
- Register non-conformities in the system and ensure their proper recording.
- Supervise self-control processes during production.
- Provide proposals for preventive measures that improve quality.
- Make operational decisions in accordance with established procedures and company practices.
- Ensure inspection of goods entering the quality gate, identification of defects and decision-making.
- Go on business trips in Lithuania or abroad, if necessary.
We expect from you:
- Vocational or equivalent education.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing company or in the field of quality control.
- Ability to work with MS Office programs.
- Diligence, attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
A big advantage if:
- You have a category D driver's license (if you don't have one, we will provide you with the opportunity to obtain one).
- You have an engineering degree.
- You speak English (B1 level).

We produce about 800 buses per year and regularly export about 90% of our production to 18 European countries, where we operate through specialized sales partners. We plan that 2026 will be another record year.
