Quality Coordinator

Ensure quality control of production processes and final products in accordance with established standards and technical requirements;
Perform quality checks of semi-finished products and final products;
Record, analyze and manage internal and external quality discrepancies, initiate corrective and preventive actions;
Cooperate with production departments in solving quality problems and reducing the number of defects;
Prepare quality reports, analyze the causes of discrepancies and provide suggestions for process improvement.

Experience in production quality control (an advantage - in wood, furniture or door production);
Ability to identify the causes of defects and analytically solve problems;
Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
Good computer skills (experience with Excel, ERP systems - an advantage);
Ability to communicate with production employees and managers.
