Quality Coordinator

In the Quality Department of AB Vakarų laivų gamykla, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the operation of quality management systems in the group of companies;
Planning, organizing and conducting internal quality management audits;
Preparing process documentation (procedures, instructions) and quality control;
Non-conformity analysis, control of the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);
Monitoring quality indicators, data analysis and preparing reports for management;
Consulting employees on quality and ISO issues;
Analyzing process efficiency and providing improvement proposals;
Working with quality and process management systems.



We believe that you would be most successful if you:
You have a higher education (in the field of technology, engineering or management);
You have at least 1 year of experience in the field of quality management;
You are familiar with the ISO 9001 standard;
You have experience working with document management systems;
You are able to analyze data and work with quality management tools;
You are fluent in Lithuanian, English and/or Russian - at least B2 level;
You work well with MS Office;
You are responsible, diligent, analytical and proactive;
You are able to work both independently and in a team.



Advantages:
Working with SharePoint or process modeling tools;
Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001;
Experience with an integrated management system (IMS).
