QUALITY DEPARTMENT MANAGER / FOOD INDUSTRY

You will implement the quality management policy, improve the created systems and maintain them;
You will support the requirements of BRCGS, HACCP, GMP+, improve them and ensure their compliance;
You will ensure the implementation of compliance with the requirements of the State Food Safety Authority, EKOAGROS and other controlling institutions and represent the company in inspections;
You will closely cooperate with production and marketing managers in preparing food specifications and product descriptions and labels for products;
You will examine customer complaints, prepare responses and ensure communication with them on quality issues;
You will consult managers and colleagues on quality management and improvement issues;
You will develop products, draw up technological and production cards;
You will conduct internal and external audits and organize internal training for employees;
You will organize laboratory tests and metrological checks;
You will be responsible for issuing certificates and accompanying documents;

You have a higher or higher education (in the fields of food / chemistry / quality or production management);
You have worked in a similar job for at least 1 year;
You will work according to the HACCP system;
You are familiar with food production technologies, norms, EU regulations and legal acts;
You know how to strategically plan / organize work and manage changes;
You are a fast, creative, responsible and communicative team player;
You speak English;
You have worked with Ekoagros, BRC or IFS (an advantage);
