📖 Your work will be very important because you will:
- Creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system throughout the organization;
- Organization of the activities of the quality department, team development and implementation of clear responsibilities;
- Setting and controlling quality standards for printing processes (prepress, printing, postpress);
- Analysis of defects, non-conformities and customer complaints and implementation of systematic solutions;
- Creation of a system of corrective and preventive actions and ensuring its operation;
- Process analysis, efficiency and standardization (application of LEAN, 5S, Kaizen principles);
- Cooperation with all divisions of the company in order to ensure a stable quality level;
- Organization of internal and external audits and preparation for them;
- Ensuring compliance with standards (ISO, FSC, PEFC);
- Implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives in the field of quality;
- Implementation of a quality culture - organizing training, creating clear standards and strengthening responsibilities;
- Ensure the application of currently valid quality requirements procedures in all processes and carry out their constant correction.
👤 In our team you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in quality management in a manufacturing company (printing experience is a great advantage);
- Practical experience in actually reducing defects and improving quality indicators;
- At least 3 years of management experience;
- Practical experience in working with quality systems: ISO 9001 (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is an advantage);
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement working solutions;
- Experience in implementing LEAN / process optimization methodologies;
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs;
- Ability to work with resistance to change and involve the team;
- Higher education (in engineering, quality management or a similar field).
