BRIEFLY ABOUT THE POSITION:

Working as a Quality Process Controller, you will become an important quality link - you will ensure that our production processes run smoothly, meet the highest standards and are constantly improving. You will monitor processes, notice deviations and contribute to solutions that help avoid errors before they reach the customer.

Work schedule: 12-hour rotating shift

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

• Ensure control of production processes and quality standards
• Inspect products, materials and processes according to instructions and specifications
• Identify, record, report and escalate non-conformities and defects
• Collect and analyze quality data and complete documentation
• Participate in the analysis of quality problems and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Cooperate with the production team and ensure compliance with procedures

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Higher or higher education (technical - an advantage)
• 1-2 years of experience in production, quality control or a similar field
• Knowledge of quality control methods, production processes and non-conformity management
• Ability to work with technical documentation and measuring tools
• Good computer skills (especially MS Excel) and the basics of data analysis
• Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team, follow procedures and manage time effectively

SALARY: 11.25 - 17.50 Eur/hour before taxes

Night work is paid additionally in accordance with applicable laws
