We are looking for someone who:
- Has a higher education in food technology, quality management, management or another related field
- Has at least 1-3 years of work experience in the field of quality, process management, operational efficiency or project coordination
- Is able to plan and coordinate projects and effectively manage changes
- Is able to analyze data, identify the causes of problems and propose effective solutions
- Is characterized by strategic and analytical thinking
- Has excellent communication, cooperation and work organization skills
- Is able to independently plan work and coordinate the activities of several departments
- Is proactive, responsible, result-oriented and able to inspire colleagues for change and continuous improvement
- Is able to structure information and present it clearly
- Speaks Lithuanian and English
- Works well with basic MS Office programs

- Coordinate and improve quality management processes throughout the organization
- Initiate, plan and implement quality improvement projects
- Implement LEAN methodology and contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement
- Analyze quality indicators, identify process improvement opportunities and ensure their implementation
- Cooperate with production, technology, supply and other departments to achieve more efficient processes
- Prepare process analyses, reports and present results to management
- Standardize processes and prepare work instructions
- Ensure effective communication when implementing changes and managing projects
