Nature of work
- Quality control of raw materials and products;
- Organization and implementation of internal audits;
- Communication with employees, control of ensuring sanitation and hygiene requirements;
- Supervision of the implementation and documentation of the IFS food safety and quality management system;
- Communication with customers on the resolution of product quality claims.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of food safety, veterinary medicine, quality management;
- Experience working in a food production company;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office software package);
- Good teamwork skills, responsibility, diligence, organization;
- Experience working with the IFS food safety quality management system standard would be an advantage;
- Driving license.
