Head of Quality Department

We are a rapidly growing Lithuanian manufacturing company producing nicotine and caffeine pads for international markets. Our production is constantly expanding: new lines are being launched, modern equipment is being installed, new jobs and career opportunities are emerging.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager who would take responsibility for the development and implementation of a quality management system from scratch, lead the newly formed Quality Department and help the company prepare for ISO certification. We hope that with your experience, strategic approach and practical solutions you will contribute to the creation of a quality culture, the improvement of production processes and the assurance of the highest quality standards.

To form the company's quality vision and strategy and ensure its implementation;
To develop and implement a quality management system from the ground up, in accordance with the requirements of ISO standards, and coordinate preparation for certification;
To set quality goals, KPIs and performance indicators, to prepare long-term quality improvement plans;
To analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives;
To organize and coordinate internal and external audits, to ensure the elimination of identified non-conformities;
To manage non-conformities, assess risks and initiate corrective and preventive actions;
To cooperate with suppliers of raw materials and materials in order to ensure and improve the quality of supplied materials;
To cooperate closely with production and other departments of the company, ensuring high quality of products and processes;
To prepare quality activity reports for management and to submit proposals to increase the efficiency of processes and activities;
To lead the Quality Department, develop the team and ensure its effective work;
Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety and other regulatory requirements in the manufacture of nicotine and caffeine products.

You have at least 3-5 years of managerial experience in the field of quality in manufacturing companies (food, pharmaceutical, tobacco/nicotine products - an advantage);
You have experience in system development - not only in support, but also in development from scratch (greenfield QMS);
You are well versed in the processes of implementing, maintaining and auditing ISO standards;
You are able to think strategically, create a vision and turn it into specific action plans;
You have strong leadership, communication and change management skills;
You are able to analyze data, make decisions and achieve measurable results;
You have skills in data tools - an advantage;
Good knowledge of English.
