Nature of work
- . You will create an organizational quality vision and implementation strategies
- You will develop a Quality Management System from the ground up according to ISO standard requirements
- You will set quality goals, KPIs, performance indicators and create long-term quality improvement plans
- You will analyze internal processes, streamline and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- You will organize and coordinate internal and external audits
- You will engage in non-conformity management, risk assessment and preventive action planning
- You will communicate with material suppliers/manufacturers on improving the quality of their supplied products
- You will closely cooperate with other departments to ensure high quality of products and processes
- You will prepare reports for management and provide proposals for increasing operational efficiency
- You will lead the newly formed Quality Department team (~30 people)
- You will ensure compliance with requirements in the regulated product category (nicotine/caffeine products)
We hope you:
- You have at least 3-5 years of managerial experience in the field of quality in manufacturing companies (food, pharmaceutical, tobacco/nicotine products - an advantage)
- You have experience in system development - not only in support, but also in development from scratch (greenfield QMS)
- You have excellent knowledge of ISO standards implementation, maintenance and auditing processes
- You are able to think strategically, create a vision and turn it into specific action plans
- You have strong leadership, communication and change management skills
- You are able to analyze data, make decisions and achieve measurable results
- You have data tools skills - basic Excel analysis skills
- Good knowledge of English
