JOB SUMMARY:

As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and distributing returned shipments, ensuring that product inventory is replenished and updated in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

• Sort rejected production during production and ensure its proper accounting
• Sort, evaluate and process returned shipments
• Check production raw materials according to established quality documentation and requirements
• Fill in and maintain internal quality and activity registers, record work results
• Replenish and update the production reserve according to established procedures
• Ensure smooth execution of processes in your area of responsibility, independently plan work and make decisions in everyday situations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, provide proposals for improving operational efficiency and quality
• Cooperate with production and other teams in resolving quality issues

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Attentive, thorough and responsible approach to work
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office package)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Ability to independently organize your work, manage your area of responsibility and make decisions
• Ability to effectively plan time and work in a team
• Critical and analytical thinking, ability to notice discrepancies and find their causes
• Knowledge of quality control and qualitative work methodologies
• Initiative, orientation towards continuous process improvement and efficiency of activities
• Willingness to learn, grow and develop in the professional field

SALARY: 1675 - 2415 Eur/month before taxes
