You will take care of:
- developing and improving the quality assurance system;
- applying artificial intelligence tools for quality assessment (e.g. automated analysis of conversations and requests, trend search);
- formulating, testing and constantly updating quality assessment criteria;
- providing insights and implementing solutions to improve customer experience;
- calibrating quality assessments and ensuring a unified understanding of excellent customer service throughout the company;
- providing constructive feedback to employees in various departments;
- systematizing data and preparing reports;
- improving and changing company processes.
