Your responsibility:
In our ice cream factory, we strive to ensure the highest quality of products, so we are looking for a meticulous and responsible QUALITY SPECIALIST. If you like accuracy, are attentive to details and want to contribute to the production of the most delicious ice cream - we are waiting for you!
📦 Carry out acceptance of raw materials, their quality control, prepare claims to suppliers.
⚙️ Control the production process, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
📋 Maintain and improve the HACCP system.
📑 Prepare, maintain and update the documentation of the integrated management system quality management system (IMSKVS).
🗂 Manage and prepare quality documents: quality certificates, specifications, instructions, procedures, forms, records.
🧪 Take samples of the environment, raw materials and the final product, organize their analysis in external laboratories and evaluate the results obtained.
🌍 Prepare export documents in a timely and accurate manner, participate in product loading.
👩🏫 Organize training and education of production employees on quality and food safety issues.
🤝 Represent the department during external audits.
🔍 Conduct internal audits according to the approved annual plan.
📊 Monitor the research plan and ensure its updating.
⚖️ Perform risk assessment according to the requirements of applicable food safety standards.
✅ Initiate corrective and preventive actions and control their implementation.

What do we expect from you:
🎓 Higher education (in food technology, chemistry, biology or similar field).
📌 Experience in quality assurance, control or laboratory (in the food industry is an advantage).
🧴 Knowledge of sanitation requirements and chemistry basics (cleaning, disinfection processes, use of reagents).
📚 Knowledge of quality management systems (HACCP/IFS, ISO, BRC or other).
👩🏫 Experience in implementing a food safety culture through employee training and education.
💻 Good computer skills (MS Office, document management systems).
🌐 Knowledge of English (written and spoken).
🔎 Diligence, responsibility and analytical thinking.
🤝 Excellent cooperation, communication and teamwork skills.
🗂 Ability to independently organize work and ensure compliance with deadlines.
