- Supervise production activities, ensure compliance with hygiene requirements and process control
- Take samples for laboratory tests and organize timely dispatch of shipments
- Provide information on quality issues to production and other interested employees
- Accept raw materials and packaging materials and prepare quality documents
- Participate in the development of a risk assessment analysis and critical control point system
- Participate in the development of quality management system documents, quality certificates, instructions, questionnaires, specifications and other documents
💼 Requirements for an employee:
- Carefulness and thoroughness in preparing documents, supervising processes
- Ability to accumulate, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions, make proposals on various professional issues, be able to define problems and provide methods and means for solving them
- Knowledge of English
- Experience in a manufacturing company working in the food industry is a great advantage
