OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
Ensuring and improving the quality of manufactured products, controlling receipts, writing off products, ensuring proper product labeling, timely inspection of products according to established storage requirements, participation in TPM activities.
NATURE OF WORK:
- Coordinate product quality control processes, ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
- Participate in product development and optimization tests, coordinate production tests and analyze results.
- Organize quality checks of stored products.
- Organize product selection and preparation for testing, sending to R&D or external laboratories.
- Participate in production certification processes, audits, prepare and implement corrective action plans
- Prepare product specifications, prepare and update quality control process documents.
- Participate in the implementation of new product quality control tests and new equipment.
- Conduct employee training in the field of quality.
- Analyze customer complaints, coordinate preventive and corrective actions.
- Organize metrological verification of measuring instruments and ensure their compliance.
- Ensure the accuracy of the label database.
- Place purchase orders for materials used in the quality control process.
- Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher technical education.
- Work experience in the field of production or quality control.
- Knowledge of English (advanced - level B2).
- Computer literacy.
- Responsibility, diligence, attentiveness when working independently with data and documents.
- Ability to work in a team and independently, focusing on results.
