IN THIS POSITION YOU:
- Develop and optimize quality processes – identify, implement and refine inspection, testing and compliance procedures to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
- Create and implement efficiency measures – develop and adapt simple tools, templates, checklists or software/hardware aids to speed up and standardize quality inspections.
- Develop quality documentation – develop clear quality instructions, procedures and related documents to ensure consistent operations and compliance with standards.
- Solve problems – investigate quality issues, coordinate root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive measures.
- Support cross-team quality processes – collaborate with other teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

- Salary from 2,800 to 3,500 € gross per month, depending on your skills, professional experience, and competencies.
YOU ARE EXPECTED TO:
- Mechanical design knowledge.
- Experience in quality control and/or assurance in manufacturing or high-reliability industries.
- Experience using CMM automatic measuring systems or optical metrology systems.
- Ability to concentrate and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to read, understand and correctly interpret technical documentation in Lithuanian and English.
- Ability to collect, analyze and present quality data, take quality improvement measures and strive for improvement.
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail.
IMPORTANT: selected candidates will have to obtain a permit to work with classified information and will be required to submit a medical certificate in the form of 049a
