Quality Assurance Engineer | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for aQuality Assurance Engineer to supplement and strengthen our growing team located in Molėtai, Paluokesos g. 11.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturingdepartments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position, you will:

• Perform quality data analysis and prepare reports.
• Monitor and improve quality management systems.
• Ensure customer quality requirements.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of product assembly and testing processes in production.
• Participate in the PFMEA risk assessment of the production process.
• You will administer and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality (capa).
• You will prepare and maintain procedures, instructions, standards and other documentation necessary for quality assurance.

What we expect from you:

• Higher university engineering education and at least 2 years of similar work experience in manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of quality assurance tools and methodologies and the ability to apply them in practice (PFMEA, SPC, 8D, MSA, GR&R).
• Ability to read technical documentation and specifications.
• Knowledge of LST EN ISO 9001/13485/14001 standards.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of English (B2 level).

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 14 Eur/hr. to 18 Eur/hr. (~2352 Eur – ~3024 Eur per month) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

• The employment contract indicates a fixed hourly salary excluding taxes.
