Quality Assurance Engineer | Electronics Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team located at Svylos St. 16, Vilnius.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing units develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position, you will:

• You will work with contract manufacturing (external customers) projects.
• You will closely cooperate with process and product engineers in solving technical and production problems.
• You will analyze production data, identify causes and trends of non-conformities.
• You will monitor and ensure the quality of product assembly and testing processes in production.
• You will participate in the PFMEA risk assessment of the production process.
• You will administer and resolve customer complaints, product non-conformities due to product quality (CAPA).
• You will prepare and maintain technical quality documentation (instructions, requirements, standards).

What we expect from you:

• Higher engineering education (electronics, mechatronics or similar).
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of production, quality or engineering (experience with electronics assembly processes is an advantage).
• Hands-on approach - the ability not only to analyze data, but also to go to production and check the real situation.
• Ability to read technical documentation and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, Control Plan)
• Good skills in working with MS Office.
• Excellent English (speaking and writing) (B2)

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 16 Eur/h to 24 Eur/h (~2688 Eur – 4032 Eur) before tax, depending on your experience and competence, with the possibility of receiving bonuses.

• The employment contract indicates a fixed hourly salary before tax.
