Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for aQuality Assurance Engineer to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Vilnius, Svylos g. 16.

Teltonikaelectronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position, you will:

• You will work with TELEMATICS, ENERGY, and SECURITY SYSTEMS (internal, group customers) production projects.
• You will administer customer complaints and product quality discrepancies, performing root cause analysis, coordinating CAPA actions, and ensuring their effectiveness.
• You will analyze quality data and production discrepancies, monitor quality KPI indicators, identify trends and initiate defect reduction solutions.
• You will ensure the quality of production processes in NPI and serial production, manage quality risks and implement customer requirements.
• You will cooperate with production, engineering and other teams, increasing product reliability and production process efficiency.

What we expect from you:

• Higher or higher technical education (in production engineering, electronics, physics, chemistry or another related field).
• At least 2 years of work experience in the field of production, quality assurance, quality control or engineering.
• Hands-on approach – willingness to delve into real production problems, actively work in a production environment, communicate with operators and make decisions based on actual data.
• Knowledge of basic quality methods and tools (8D, FMEA, Control Plan, 5 Why).
• Digital literacy and data analysis skills, ability to use quality management systems and modern AI tools.
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2).

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 16 Eur/h to 21 Eur/h (~2688 Eur – 3530 Eur)before tax, depending on your experience and competence, with the possibility of receiving bonuses.

• The employment contract indicates a fixed hourly salary before tax.
