Your responsibilities:
⚙️ Control the production process and ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements
📋 Monitor and continuously improve the HACCP system
📑 Prepare, update and administer quality management system documentation
🗂 Prepare quality documents: specifications, instructions, procedures, forms, records and quality certificates
🧪 Take samples of raw materials, environment and final products, organize laboratory tests and analyze their results
🌍 Prepare export documentation and participate in product loading processes
👩🏫 Organize employee training on quality and food safety topics
🤝 Represent the quality department during external audits
🔍 Perform internal audits according to the annual audit plan
📊 Monitor the research plan and ensure its timely update
⚖️ Perform risk assessments according to the requirements of food safety standards
✅ Initiate corrective and preventive actions and ensure their implementation

What do we expect from you:
🎓 Higher education in food technology, chemistry, biology or similar field
📌 Experience in quality assurance, quality control or laboratory (experience in the food industry would be an advantage)
🧴 Knowledge of sanitation requirements, cleaning and disinfection processes and the use of chemical reagents
📚 Knowledge of quality management systems (HACCP, IFS, ISO, BRC or other standards)
👩🏫 Experience in organizing employee training and strengthening food safety culture
💻 Good computer skills (MS Office and document management systems)
🌐 Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
🔎 Diligence, responsibility and analytical thinking
🤝 Good communication, cooperation and teamwork skills
🗂 Ability to independently plan your work and meet set deadlines
📌 Experience in quality assurance, quality control or laboratory (experience in the food industry would be an advantage)

Today, our ice cream reaches consumers all over the world - from the nearest European countries to more distant exotic markets.

Our company employs about 140 people, thanks to whom several dozen different types of ice cream are presented to the world under our brands DIONE and KAR KAR. We work according to the highest quality standards and choose responsible solutions: we use electricity from renewable sources, and the milk for our ice cream is collected only from Lithuanian farms. We have earned several international awards for taste, recipe, innovation and packaging design.
