We strive to ensure the highest quality of our products at our ice cream factory, so we are looking for a diligent and responsible QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST. If you like precision, are attentive to details, and want to contribute to the production of the most delicious ice cream - we are waiting for you!

Your responsibilities:
- Control the production process and ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements
- Take samples of raw materials and final products, organize laboratory tests and analyze their results
- Analyze non-conformities and customer complaints and initiate corrective actions
- Prepare export documentation
- Coordinate employee training on quality and food safety requirements and ensure compliance
- Monitor and continuously improve HACCP and quality management system
- Prepare, update and administer quality documentation: specifications, instructions, procedures, forms and quality certificates
- Perform internal audits according to the annual audit plan and coordinate preparation for external audits
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education in food technology, chemistry, biology or similar field
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control or laboratory (experience in the food industry would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of quality management systems (BRC would be an advantage)
- Good knowledge of English

Our journey in the world of ice cream began in 1950 as a family-run business.
This is where our story began, which has been developing consistently, with ambition and clear taste to this day.
Today, our ice cream reaches consumers all over the world - from the nearest European countries to more distant exotic markets.
"Klaipėdos pienas" is part of one of the largest and most modern milk processing groups in the Baltic States - "Žemaitijos pienas". The group has accumulated more than 100 years of experience and unites 13 brands and more than 1,200 employees.
Our company employs about 140 people, thanks to whom several dozen different types of ice cream are presented to the world under our brands DIONE and KAR KAR. We work according to the highest quality standards and choose responsible solutions: we use electricity from renewable sources, and the milk for our ice cream is collected only from Lithuanian farms. We have won several international awards for taste, recipe, innovation and packaging design.
