Development and implementation of quality processes throughout the supply chain (from supplier to customer);
Ensuring daily quality control principles and monitoring their compliance;
Working with fresh fruits and vegetables - forming quality assessment criteria;
Organizing audits and monitoring hygiene and food safety;
Quality incident analysis, implementation of preventive actions;
Cooperation with purchasing, logistics and sales teams in resolving quality issues;
Analysis of customer complaints and process improvement;
Team (quality controllers) development, work organization and ensuring results;
Management of documentation related to quality standards and certification.

Experience in quality management;
Experience working with fresh products is a great advantage;
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards;
Experience working with international suppliers and audits;
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment;
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills;
Leadership and team management experience;
Good knowledge of English (for communication with suppliers).
