What are you going to do?
To form and implement the company's quality strategy, ensuring its compliance with business goals.
To lead the quality team: to develop, inspire, strengthen competencies.
To ensure compliance of products and processes with applicable quality, safety and legal requirements.
To implement, maintain and improve quality management systems and standards.
To actively cooperate with production, supply chain, procurement, R&D and other departments.
To initiate and implement continuous improvement projects.
To identify potential quality and supply risks, predict their impact and take timely preventive actions.
To lead internal and external audits, represent the company in relations with partners and institutions.
To prepare reports for management, provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.

What do we expect from you?
Higher education (food technology, chemistry, engineering or related field - an advantage).
At least 5 years of experience in the field of quality, of which at least several years in a management position.
Solid experience in the FMCG sector.
Leadership experience - the ability to successfully lead a team and involve it.
Excellent knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g. ISO, BRC, IFS or similar).
Strategic thinking and the ability to see the "big picture".
Strong analytical skills and the ability to anticipate risks and act proactively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to influence different levels of the organization.
Good knowledge of English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages (Russian) - an advantage.
Experience working with international partners or markets - a great advantage.
