Your daily activities at work would be:
Organization of the activities of the Quality Department, coordination of work processes and team development;
Supervision of the quality management system, ensuring the implementation of quality procedures and standards and their continuous improvement;
Monitoring and analysis of quality indicators, identification of causes of non-conformities and planning, implementation and control of corrective and preventive actions;
Cooperation with production, technology, supply and sales teams in resolving quality issues and optimizing processes;
Participation in the organization of internal audits and preparation for external audits;
Analysis of quality performance results, preparation of reports and presentation to management.

Important abilities and skills:
Higher education (in engineering, quality management, manufacturing or related field);
Successful work experience in the field of quality management in a manufacturing company;
Experience in woodworking, furniture, parquet or other wood production is an advantage;
Knowledge of quality management principles, process management and continuous improvement methodologies;
Practical experience working in accordance with ISO 9001 or other related quality management standards;
Ability to organize teamwork, motivate employees to achieve common goals;
Analytical thinking, ability to make decisions and effectively manage changes;
Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
Successful work experience in the field of quality management in a manufacturing company;
