About the position
We are looking for a Quality Manager who will ensure a stable level of quality in plastic injection molding production processes and products, coordinate quality control and help the team systematically solve quality problems.
In this position, not only experience in quality systems is important, but also a practical understanding of plastic injection molding processes - the ability to analyze non-conformities, determine their causes and implement effective solutions together with the team.

Primary responsibilities
- Monitor the quality indicators of products and production processes, analyze non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions;
- Ensure that the manufactured products meet the established technical, quality and customer requirements;
- Analyze the causes of defects and, together with the production and technology teams, reduce the recurrence of non-conformities;
- Coordinate quality control processes from raw materials and the production process to the final product;
- Participate in resolving customer quality issues;
- Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation;
- Participate in internal and external audits;
- Provide proposals for improving the quality of production processes and products.
We hope you
- Experience in the field of plastic molding production quality;
- Good understanding of the plastic molding process, typical defects and their causes;
- Ability to analyze quality problems and identify their root causes;
- Experience in applying quality problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.);
- Ability to work with technical documentation, drawings, measurement and control requirements;
- Knowledge of quality management principles and standards;
- Independence, responsibility and result orientation;
- Ability not only to identify the problem, but also to consistently achieve the elimination of its cause.
We will consider it an advantage
- Experience in managing or coordinating a quality control team;
- Experience in plastic injection molding;
- Experience in participating in customer or certification audits;
- Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement principles.
