Quality Guide

We are inviting a quality manager to join the team, who will be responsible for the quality management system and ensuring quality control processes.

Supervise and maintain a functioning quality management system;
Analyze and ensure compliance with customer requirements;
Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits, prepare audit action plans;
Identify and analyze non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions;
Ensure the updating of quality documentation, instructions and standards;
Organize the activities of the laboratory and quality team.

Higher education in engineering or quality management (or equivalent practical experience);
Experience in quality or production; managerial experience is an advantage;
Excellent communication skills;
Analytical thinking and decision-making based on data;
Proactivity and initiative in implementing process improvements;
Good knowledge of English (written and oral) for communication with customers and auditors.

Knowledge of automotive industry standards;
Structured problem solving.
