Nature of work
- coordinate the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (hereinafter referred to as QMS) ISO:9001:2015, 4500:2018, 14001:2015 and the company's internal procedures, ensure that employees are familiarized with the QMS requirements;
- coordinate the processes of implementation, implementation and maintenance of QMS ISO/IEC 17020:2012;
- coordinate the processes of implementation, implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity;
- submit proposals to the director and heads of departments on process improvement;
- prepare and update quality management system documents in accordance with the requirements of regulatory standards;
- ensure that information is disseminated about the operating QMS, quality policy and quality objectives, and that employees are aware of their responsibilities and functions in implementing the QMS;
- coordinate and control the management of non-conforming products;
- coordinate and control the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and the assessment of the effectiveness of these actions;
- organize meetings for management evaluation analysis, prepare materials for them;
- organize training for employees, consult them, provide methodological recommendations on QMS;
- represent the company during internal and external audits.
Employee requirements
- have a higher education in management, public administration or economics;
- have work experience in the field of quality management;
- information security manager certificate - would be an advantage;
- know the requirements of international standards;
- be able to manage, accumulate, systematize information, prepare conclusions and make decisions;
- smoothly present thoughts in writing and orally;
- be able to independently plan and organize one's activities, choose work methods;
- be able to work with Microsoft Office software package;
- proficiency in English;
- personal qualities: result orientation, organization, communication skills, diligence, independence.
