Nature of work
- Quality control of manufactured products and recording of non-conformities, determining the causes of non-conformities and applying preventive measures;
- Preparation and maintenance of quality-related documentation;
- Performance of internal audits, hygiene inspections;
- Employee training/communication on quality standards;
- Communication with suppliers regarding the necessary documentation, quality discrepancies in raw materials;
- Communication with external laboratories regarding production samples;
- Participation in external audits and inspections.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in food technology, quality management or similar field;
- At least 2 years of experience in a quality manager or similar position, preferably in the food industry;
- Good knowledge of BRC, IFS quality standards;
- Ability to analyze data, provide insights and propose effective solutions;
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team;
- Good knowledge of English.
