About the position
The Quality Manager(s) plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are maintained so that all guests are fully satisfied with the services provided. This position includes the development and implementation of quality control measures, monitoring service delivery, conducting audits and creating and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, leading initiatives to improve sanatorium operations and services. The Quality Manager collaborates with all departments, so he/she must be open, communicative, flexible, attentive to details, diligent, analytical, and able to anticipate several steps ahead to avoid risks.
Job description
Development and implementation of the sanatorium's quality management system, coordination of quality processes.
Timely updating of quality control measures.
Verification of compliance of the quality of services provided by the sanatorium with specifications, provision of comments, insights, suggestions, ideas.
Planning and execution of internal audits and inspections.
Coordination of external audits.
Analysis of audit findings, identification of areas for improvement, preparation of an action plan and its control.
Analysis of customer feedback, resolution of emerging problems, initiation and implementation of corrective actions.
Effective cooperation with department heads and employees to ensure a clear understanding of quality expectations and goals.
Preparation of reports.
WORK ACCORDING TO THE SUMMARY OF WORKING TIME ACCOUNTING (2 working days, 2 free), SLIDING WORK SCHEDULE from 8 am to 8 pm.

What do we expect from you?
At least two years of experience in performing quality assurance or quality control duties in the hospitality sector, or similar work experience.
Knowledge of document management requirements.
Experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 systems.
Excellent knowledge of hospitality etiquette, hotel operations, service standards, guest expectations.
Excellent communication skills with a variety of people.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Problem analysis and solving skills.
Quick orientation and initiative.
Critical thinking, responsibility and ability to quickly absorb innovations.
Higher education.
Good computer skills.
Knowledge of at least one foreign language (English, Russian or other).
Responsibility, diligence, attention to detail.
Flexibility in adapting to a dynamic environment.
Work planning.
