Quality Manager

Ensuring and improving the functioning of the quality management system.
Timely monitoring, analysis and application of regulations and recommendations governing cosmetic products, hygiene standards and other official sources in the company's activities.
Supervision of the quality and documentation of raw materials, packaging and manufactured products.
Management of non-conformities, supervision of the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Coordination of product research and quality assessment.
Monitoring, evaluation and documentation of quality indicators.
Familiarizing employees with quality requirements and organizing training.
Cooperation with other departments of the company to ensure smooth and high-quality processes.
Analysis of customer complaints and preparation of mandatory complaint management documentation.
Participation in internal and external audits.

Higher education (in chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, food technology, microbiology or similar fields).
Knowledge of quality processes and their management.
Analytical thinking and ability to work systematically.
Fluency in English.
Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate, plan and organize tasks.
Similar work experience.
