Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the quality management system operates smoothly — from raw material acceptance to finished products.
- Oversee production, control and labeling processes; participate in the development and updating of quality documentation.
- Organize internal and external audits/inspections — according to food safety and quality standards.
- Register and analyze quality discrepancies, product claims, help initiate preventive actions and process improvements.
- Actively cooperate with production, logistics and other departments to achieve continuous quality improvement.
