RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance of production processes with quality standards and legal acts.
- Develop, implement and maintain a quality management system.
- Organize internal audits and prepare activity reports, help prepare for external audits.
- Communicate with state control institutions.
- Identify and analyze non-conformities, initiate corrective actions.
- Train and consult employees on quality issues.
Working hours: 08.00-17.00, Monday - Friday.
Place of work: Dovainonių village (near Rumšiškės).
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Higher education (food technology, quality management or similar field is an advantage).
- At least 2 years of experience in quality management (preferably in the food industry).
- Excellent knowledge of legislation related to food production and quality standards (BRC, IFS, ISO).
- Ability to analyze, plan and manage projects.
- Excellent communication skills, responsibility and result orientation.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and oral).
