RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that production activities are carried out in accordance with established quality requirements and applicable legislation;
- Plan and carry out internal quality assessments, prepare analysis and documentation related to audits;
- Represent the company in cooperation with supervisory and state control authorities;
- Consult colleagues on quality assurance issues and promote the development of a quality culture in the organization;
- Analyze quality indicators, identify areas for improvement and initiate changes;
- Develop, implement and continuously improve the quality management system.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education in food technology, quality management, food safety or a related field;
- At least 2 years of work experience in quality management, quality assurance or food safety;
- Good knowledge of food industry legislation and quality standards (BRC, IFS, ISO);
- Ability to analyze processes, plan activities and coordinate project implementation;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
