Your main responsibilities in this position:
Your main responsibilities in this position:
- ensuring the effective operation, control, improvement and support of the Management System implemented in the company;
- ensuring and controlling the implementation of the management system requirements in the supervised laboratory(s);
- process analysis, monitoring and standardization of reports and risk factors;
- preparation and maintenance of management system documents;
- control and administration of non-conformities, corrective actions, improvement actions;
- planning, organizing and conducting internal audits;
- representing the company during external audits and visits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
We hope you:
- you have a higher or higher education in the field of quality management, laboratory medicine, internal/performance auditing;
- you have successful work experience in the field of quality management or laboratory diagnostics;
- you are familiar with the principles of Quality Management and international standards (ISO 15189; 9001; 17025; 14001);
- you are able to express your thoughts freely in writing and orally in Lithuanian and have good knowledge of English;
- you have strong computer literacy skills;
- you are communicative, responsible, analytical and result-oriented.
