QUALITY MANAGER in a window manufacturing company

We are looking for a QUALITY MANAGER who does not come to “check quality”, but to ensure that quality becomes our competitive advantage.

Therefore, we are looking for a colleague who, through involvement in production processes and quality control, would eventually take responsibility for strengthening the quality system and developing the team.

YOUR MISSION:
To ensure that quality is a system that helps us grow, learn and constantly improve.

First, you will get acquainted with quality control and monitoring in production:

• quality of unfinished and finished products and packaging;
• quality control and ERP (claims management) systems;
• quality inspection of raw materials.

Non-conformity analysis and claims management:

• analysis of the causes of internal and external quality non-conformities (customer claims);
• initiation of corrective actions in cooperation with the production team and other departments;
• preparation of quality reports, participation in meetings and informing the team about the quality situation.

Quality system and team development:

• employee training on quality issues;
• work with quality documentation;
• participation in audits and recertifications.
