Nature of work
- Ensure that the management system is maintained in accordance with the requirements of the LST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard,
- Coordinate laboratory accreditation work, organization of non-conforming, corrective and preventive actions, employee training, preparation, management and distribution of management system documents to employees;
- Perform analysis of drinking water and wastewater, surface wastewater test results, calculate taxes for state natural resources and environmental pollution;
- Perform continuous work with the integrated computer system for environmental information management (AIVIKS) by providing information on indicators and generating reports.
Employee requirements
Special requirements:
Education - Have at least a higher education or equivalent in physical, life, technology, engineering, health sciences.
Work experience - Have at least 1 (one) year of work experience in an accredited laboratory that complies with the standard LST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 or 1 (one) year of work experience related to the implementation, supervision, and control of a laboratory quality management system.
Other requirements - Certificate of training in quality management (this requirement does not apply when hiring a person). The person hired must obtain the necessary certificate during the probationary period at the expense of the company.
General requirements:
Experience and skills - Ability to plan one's work; Ability to systematize and analyze information; Ability to work with a computer (including, but not limited to, MS Office environment programs); Ability to practically apply the requirements of legal acts related to the performance of the duties of a quality manager; Category B driver's license.
Personal qualities - Responsibility; Analytical thinking; Ability to work in a team;
Communicative skills; Initiative; Ability to adapt to changes; Organization in achieving goals; Leadership; Strategic thinking.
Additional competencies - Various certificates and certificates of competency development (trainings, seminars), Exceptional computer literacy knowledge.
