Quality Manager / Foreman

Vilnius - UAB „ZBIGA“

Nature of work:

  • Communication with customers on quality issues – from receiving a claim to final resolution.
  • Analysis of quality problems, initiating solutions and coordinating implementation.
  • Traveling to customers to perform warranty furniture repairs (replacing a furniture repairman).
  • Management of the process of returning furniture: inspection, decision-making and organization of implementation.
  • Cooperation with production, logistics and other departments.
  • Coordination and execution of daily work of the Quality Department.
  • Providing suggestions for optimizing quality processes and improving results.

What we expect from you:

  • You have experience in quality management or a related field.
  • You have experience in a furniture manufacturing company - an advantage.
  • You have a category B driver's license.
  • You have good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • You are responsible, independent, able to make decisions and work successfully both individually and in a team.
  • You have good communication skills, you are customer-oriented and result-oriented.
  • You have excellent command of Lithuanian (knowledge of other languages - an advantage).
