Quality Manager

We are a growing company that is strengthening its team and we invite a Quality Manager to join us.

Job Description:

• Quality and documentation system management
• Control of compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards
• Quality control of raw materials
• Preparation, completion and approval of supplier questionnaires, raw material specifications and other documents
• Submission of imported raw material documents to the SFMS for import control
• Participation in sample selection

Areas of responsibility:
Ensuring the BRC standard in a food production company.
Organization and management of laboratory tests.
Planning and conducting internal audits.
Preparation of quality documentation.
Consulting company employees on food safety and labeling issues.
Preparation of documents and submission of inquiries to state institutions and company clients.
Analysis and application of legislation and regulations related to food safety.
Management and supervision of the process of organic raw materials.
Analysis of customer complaints and providing a response to the customer.
Control and management of non-conformities.
Preparation and submission of reports to the head of the department.

Requirements:

• Higher or higher education in food safety, food science, technology or similar field
• Knowledge of regulatory acts on HACCP issues
• Similar work experience
• Understanding of BRC and IFS standards
• Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene requirements of the production process
• Understanding of product labeling requirements
• Knowledge of English
• Excellent computer skills (RIVILE experience is an advantage)
• Self-discipline, sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and achieve a common result

Driver's license "B" category.
