Main Functions and Responsibilities:
- Preparation and updating of documentation for the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001);
- Organization of internal audits of the Integrated Management System, participation in internal audits, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions;
- Analysis of the Company's business processes, identification of areas for improvement, participation in the preparation of process descriptions and drawing up process algorithms;
- Improvement of processes in accordance with the LEAN methods applied in the Company;
- Management and coordination of LEAN projects;
- Employee consulting and training related to the improvement of the integrated system.
We hope that the future colleague:
- Has a higher education in economics, business management, quality management or other similar fields;
- Has acquired ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 internal auditor qualification (advantage);
- Has competence in business process modeling, documentation and clerical work;
- Has excellent planning, time management, collaboration and communication skills.
