Main responsibilities and objectives

  • Ensure that all company products and services meet quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality policies and procedures for all processes.
  • Analyze and evaluate production processes, propose and apply problem-solving methods.
  • Perform internal quality and production process audits to identify potential deficiencies and propose improvement solutions.
  • Participate in the new product introduction process - measuring the first samples, preparing PPAP documentation.
  • Participate in audits and meetings with foreign and local customers and professionally represent the company.
  • Prepare quality reports and inform the direct manager about the achieved results and possible problems.
  • Communicate directly with foreign customers regarding the resolution of non-conformities and other problems.
  • Contribute to the daily work of the quality department in production, measurements.
  • Participate in preparing documents for product certification.

For successful work you will need

  • 2-3 years of work experience in quality management in a metalworking or similar manufacturing company (LEAN, ISO9001, ISO14001 - a big advantage).
  • Higher/higher education in management.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Drawing reading skills, analytical thinking.
  • Knowledge of working with the Monitor ERP system - an advantage.
  • Knowledge of working with measuring tools (CMM; PCDMIS) (advantage).
  • Excellent English language skills. Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
  • Ability to generate ideas, achieve a set goal, communicate effectively and maintain the necessary discipline.
