Main responsibilities and objectives
Ensure that all company products and services meet quality standards and customer requirements;
develop and maintain quality policies and procedures for all processes;
analyze and evaluate production processes, propose and apply problem-solving methods;
conduct internal quality and production process audits to identify potential deficiencies and propose improvement solutions;
participate in the process of introducing new products;
participate in audits and meetings with foreign and local customers and professionally represent the company;
prepare quality reports and inform the direct manager about the achieved results and possible problems;
communicate directly with foreign customers regarding the resolution of non-conformities and other problems;
contribute to the daily work of the quality department in production.

For successful work you will need
work experience in the field of quality management in a metalworking or similar manufacturing company;
excellent MS Office knowledge;
drawing reading skills, analytical thinking;
knowledge of working with the Monitor ERP system is an advantage;
knowledge of English;
ability to generate ideas, achieve a set goal, communicate effectively and maintain the necessary discipline.
