Nature of work
- Ensure the operation and improvement of food safety and quality management systems;
- Prepare and update quality and food safety documentation;
- Register and analyze quality non-conformities, claims, initiate preventive actions;
- Perform internal audits, record non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions;
- Participate in external audits and management assessments;
- Monitor the compliance of raw materials, production process and final products with requirements;
- Ensure the traceability system and participate in product recall processes;
- Organize employee training and cooperate with supervisory authorities;
- Perform other assignments related to duties.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in the field of food technology;
- Knowledge of regulatory legal acts on HACCP issues;
- Similar work experience (preferably from 2 years);
- Understanding of BRC standards;
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene requirements of the production process;
- Knowledge of English;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Self-discipline, sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team and achieve a common result.
