Your daily activities at work would be:
Maintenance and improvement of internal quality control systems;
Organization and implementation of cleaning quality inspections at facilities;
Standardization of processes, employee training and induction;
Analysis of customer complaints and initiation of solutions.

What do we expect from you:
Similar work experience (advantage in the cleaning field);
Understanding of quality management principles;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Good clerical and computer skills;
Good knowledge of English and Russian;
Responsibility, independence and the ability to plan time and solve problems promptly;
Driver's license (category B) - required.
