Vilnius - UAB „Gemma sveikatos centras“
We are looking for a Quality Manager who would contribute to internal medical audits, quality process oversight, and ensuring smooth and high-quality healthcare operations. You will be responsible for:

  • participation in internal audits and assistance in organizing and conducting them;
  • assistance to the Head of the Internal Medical Audit Department in planning and coordinating the activities of the department;
  • preparation of audit reports and coordination of the implementation of recommendations;
  • registration of adverse events and non-conformities, analysis and initiation of preventive measures;
  • examination of patient complaints and preparation of responses;
  • preparation and maintenance of internal documents (procedures, procedures, nursing protocols);
  • monitoring changes in legal acts and their implementation;
  • participation in infection control audits and submission of proposals for improving performance.

We expect from you:

  • at least 1 year of work experience in an ASPI;
  • higher education in the field of medicine, public health, nursing, management or administration;
  • knowledge of SAM, VASPVT and NVSC legal acts and the ability to apply them in practice;
  • experience in preparing and administering internal documents;
  • analytical thinking, ability to prepare reports and analyze indicators, identify the causes of non-compliance and provide solution proposals;
  • good communication and teamwork skills;
  • good computer skills (MS Office, e-health system);
  • knowledge of quality management principles (process approach, risk management, continuous improvement);
  • experience in internal audits or preparation for external inspections;
  • ability to plan work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

We will consider advantages:

  • completion of auditor courses (≥ 24 hours) or existing certificate;
  • knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 15189 or other quality management systems;
  • proficiency in Russian.

Salary

2100-2400 €/mon. gross
Salary depends on available skills and work experience.
