- UAB „Nordic Metrology Science“
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage the administration process of received letters, inquiries, complaints, requests;
- Prepare and participate in the preparation of quality management system documents - Quality Manual, quality management system procedures, instructions and other related documents;
- Review and update quality management system documents at established intervals;
- Participate in internal audits, analyze and administer the causes of found non-conformities, plan and control corrective actions;
- Cooperate with employees of other departments to ensure the successful implementation and operation of quality management processes.
We hope you:
- You have a higher university education or at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
- You are familiar with the principles of quality management (process approach, risk management, continuous improvement);
- You have excellent command of Lithuanian and English at a level not lower than B1;
- You have good working skills with the MS Office package;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are able to accumulate, systematize, summarize large amounts of information, draw conclusions and make proposals;
- You are distinguished by communication skills and have very good cooperation skills;
- You are characterized by initiative and a solution-oriented approach.
