If you are patient, communicative, and not afraid to solve customer issues - this job is for you! What does a quality manager do?
Nature of work:
- Communicates by phone and e-mail with drivers, 3PL clients and recipients;
- Records discrepancies, identifies their causes, develops preventive actions and makes decisions on eliminating discrepancies;
- Checks the timely delivery of orders in the tracking system;
- Administers the claims register and prepares error reports.
Working hours: 8:00–17:00, with the possibility of working remotely part of the time.
Work location: Liepkalnio g. 172M, Vilnius.

- Learn English and/or Russian.
- Want to learn;
- You are interested in warehouse activities;
- Advantage: higher education in the fields of management or logistics, and experience working with the AXAPTA program.
