Quality Manager

Your daily work activities would be:
--Plan, organize and analyze the activities of the technical maintenance and warranty service;
--Organize and manage the resolution of customer claims, conduct negotiations, prepare letters, make decisions on the elimination of claims;
--Register non-conformities, organize their elimination plans and control the implementation of assigned tasks;
--Motivate, train and develop the company's personnel and subcontractors on issues of process improvement, compliance with established quality requirements;
--Prepare, submit and administer reports on losses and customer debts;
--Analyze the company's operational processes, quality indicators and provide the company's top management and other managers with proposals for improving the quality of operational processes, participate in the development of processes in accordance with the requirements of the --LST EN ISO 9001 and 14001 standards;
--If necessary, conduct internal audits, participate in external audits and ensure that the company meets the requirements of LST EN ISO 9001 and 14001 standards;
--Fill in the management department's timesheet;
--If necessary, communicate and cooperate with state institutions;
--Perform other tasks of the company's director.

--Similar work experience (advantage);
--Understanding of quality management principles;
--Good communication and organizational skills;
--Good clerical knowledge and computer skills;
--Responsibility, independence and the ability to plan time and solve problems quickly;
--Driver's license (advantage);
--Higher or vocational education (advantage);
--The amount of the salary will depend on your competencies.
